Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team. The role focuses on preparing and dispensing medications, evaluating physician orders, and delivering accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.

The candidate will ensure compliance with compounding and dispensing procedures and provide patient care across age groups. A Texas pharmacy license (or eligibility within 6 months) is required, along with ACPE CE hours annually.

Required Skills:

Required Experience:

• A. Work Experience: No previous work experience required.
• B. License/Registration/Certification: Current Pharmacy license in Texas, or ability to be licensed within 6 months if recent Pharmacy graduate.
• C. Education and Training: Graduation from accredited School of Pharmacy, 12 hours of ACPE approved continuing education per year.
