The Centers in Cleveland seeks a licensed pharmacist to support safe drug therapy coordination and patient care, aligning with established pharmacy policy. The role provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of patients, nurses, and physicians.
You will review orders, dispense prescriptions to outpatients, counsel patients, supervise pre-packing, and ensure compliance with 340b regulations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our mission to serve the community.
