Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team!

Employment Details:

Type: Part Time

Shift: PRN per department needs. Weekends and holidays required.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist oversees daily operations and ensures the provision of safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients across the healthcare continuum. The successful candidate will be able to work independently in various pharmacist roles within the hospital.

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacy license in good standing
• Authorization to Administer Injectables within 120 days of hire
• PharmD degree from an accredited institution
• Two or more years of health-system pharmacy experience (or equivalent residency training) preferred; one year of acute care (hospital) experience is advantageous
• Preferred: Experience with Pyxis MedStation, EPIC
