Cook Children’s Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist for Fort Worth, TX, as part of a pool with varying shifts. The role supports 24/7 operations, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will verify and dispense medications, ensuring safe, optimal pharmacotherapy for patients. Requirements include graduation from an ACPE-accredited school, Texas Pharmacist license or eligibility, licensure within 90 days, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy.
• Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas Licensure as a registered pharmacist.
• Pharmacist licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
