Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including medication dispensing, prescription review, therapeutic evaluation, patient counseling, clinical consultation, documentation, and controlled-substance accountability. Schedule:

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 8-, 11-, or 12-hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday coverage may be required

Minimum Requirements:
