Job Description:

Shift Details

• Day 5x8-Hour shifts (06:00 - 14:00)
• Mid 5x8-Hour shifts (14:00 - 22:00)
• Rotating 1st (~0730-1600) and 2nd (~1400-2230) shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Participate in on-call rotation

Position Requirements

• 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (40 hours/week)
• Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy required before start date
• Certification levels accepted: Certified Registered, Registered, or Registered Trainee
• 13-week contracts available

Candidate Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio license (no pending applications accepted)
• Previous charge experience is NOT required
• At least 2 years of experience in the specific specialty is mandatory
• Supervisor references required within the past 2 years

Professional Compliance

• Must provide valid state license at time of submission (Single State OH or Multi State)
• Background policy: No previous license hits allowed
