Formación

• Epic experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare medications for dispensing and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to match medications with patient profiles.
• Maintain stock and manage medication areas, price and restock deliveries.
• Assist with billing, claims, and essential clerical needs.
• Maintain controlled-drug records and support filling prescriptions under supervision.

• Accurately price and stock incoming deliveries.
• Timely restock medications and eliminate expired stock.
• Notify pharmacists of any out-of-stock medications promptly.
• Assist with billing, claims, and essential clerical needs, enhancing workflow and patient service.
• Be responsible for maintaining controlled-drug medication records and supporting the filling of patient prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate patient information in the pharmacy computer database.
• Perform various inventory control duties to support pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate?s/Technical Degree preferred.
• Current State Pharmacy Technician license in CA is mandatory.
• Preferred certification from the Pharmaceutical Technician Board in CA and OR.
• At least two years of recent experience in the field.
• Current BLS certification.
• Epic experience is a must!
