Job summary

OHSU is seeking a professional to manage formularies, coverage determinations, and clinical programs within its health system. The role supports clinical decisions and payer interactions in a large academic health setting.

Responsibilities include responding to clinical inquiries, handling prior authorizations, and collaborating with the claims processor while presenting to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committees. A background in drug therapy and contemporary medication use systems is required.

Qualifications

• Drug therapy knowledge and contemporary medication use systems.
• Residency or 3 years experience preferred; managed care or PBM experience helpful.
