• Leading pharmacy staff in mixing, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceuticals.
• Providing information and counseling to customers regarding drug interactions, side effects, and dosage.
• Engaging with patients and clients to promote customer service programs and program integrations.
• Ensuring quality assurance and security concerning controlled substances and hazardous waste disposal.
• Maintaining pharmacy records and entering data related to patients, prescriptions, and inventory management.

• Addressing and resolving third party prescription issues promptly.
• Reporting medication errors and adhering to medication incident policies.
