VytlOne is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Pharmacist for the City Employee Pharmacy in Colorado Springs, CO. The role supports providing high-quality pharmaceutical care for city employees, under VytlOne management, with a 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday schedule.

The position requires Pharm D or equivalent, a valid Colorado Pharmacist license, and at least 3+ years of retail pharmacy experience. Precepting students and residents may be required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing all of the duties of a pharmacist, ensuring that prescriptions are dispensed safely and accurately, and for adhering to all applicable State and Federal laws that govern the practice of pharmacy, including dispensing of medications, record keeping, etc. Pharmacist may be required to precept pharmacy students and residents and serve as a drug information resource to patients and other healthcare professionals.

Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
• Pharm D or equivalent demonstrated experience required
• Clear/Active Colorado Pharmacist license

Experience:

• 3+ years retail pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
