• Verify Epic orders for therapeutic appropriateness and dosing.
• Review IV therapy orders and TPN preparation per USP 797 where applicable.
• Provide drug information and pharmacotherapy recommendations to clinicians.
• Document clinical interventions and maintain compliance with policies.
