• Monitoring patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics service

Pediatric Float Pharmacist

Baptist Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pediatric Float Pharmacist to join our team at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. This is a full‑time position with various shifts, working days and evenings with an every‑4th‑weekend commitment. The major job responsibilities of this position are pharmaceutical care to primarily neonatal and to a lesser extent pediatric patients, drug distribution support, clinical interventions, participation in investigational drug studies, teaching, and pharmacy representation on pediatric medical committees. The candidate will also participate in the teaching programs of Baptist Medical Center and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, including the PGY‑1 Pharmacy Residency program and educational activities such as precepting students affiliated with several Colleges of Pharmacy in the state of Florida. The candidate must have pediatric experience as they will float between all areas of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
