Baptist Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pediatric Float Pharmacist to join our team at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. This is a PRN opportunity working days and evenings with weekend coverage as well. The major job responsibilities include pharmaceutical care to primarily neonatal and to a lesser extent pediatric patients, drug distribution support, clinical interventions, participation in investigational drug studies, teaching, and pharmacy representation on pediatric medical committees. This candidate is expected to participate in the teaching programs of Baptist Medical Center and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, including the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency program as well as educational activities such as precepting students affiliated with several Colleges of Pharmacy in the state of Florida. The candidate will need to have pediatric experience as they will float between all areas of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
