Job summary

Virtua Health in Berlin, NJ is seeking a pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, dispense prescribed medications, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. The role requires a D.Pharm or B.S. in Pharmacy and an active New Jersey pharmacist license.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders for safety, performing dispensing functions, and integrating clinical services while supervising staff. Hourly rate ranges reflect market norms for per diem roles in our health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Active New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmacy, Federal and State regulations and JCAHO standards.

Summary:

Hourly Rate: $53.32 - $85.56

The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
