Job summary

You will provide clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management, ensuring medication safety through precise compounding and regulatory compliance, while mentoring pharmacy staff and upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing, compounding, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
