Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become within 90 days of hire.
• Retail pharmacist experience including prescription filling, verification, records and insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management as needed.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
