Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to join our team. You will provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medication usage, and deliver immunizations, testing, and medication therapy management. You will maintain medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment and support our efforts to provide convenient, patient-focused care across Walgreens stores.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
