Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects and cost options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy staff in a collaborative environment.
