Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Colorado is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our retail team. You will provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options, and deliver immunizations and other clinical services.

You will ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance, mentor pharmacy staff, and contribute to a patient-centered culture with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
