Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders and evaluate their appropriateness for the patient.
• Dispense medications with accurate data entry and final verification.
• Counsel patients and staff about medications and their use.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure safe and effective therapy.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and chart the patient’s medications.
• Monitor reporting on adverse drug reactions and medication programs.
• Stay compliant with 340B guidance and federal/state regulations.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
