Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with a focus on accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Maintain stock, inventory, records, and security for scheduled drugs.
• Ensure all accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits are used correctly.
• Establish/maintain all record-keeping practices necessary for legal compliance and company policies.
• Keep the pharmacy environment clean and organized.
