Ralphs in Santa Barbara is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our store pharmacy team, delivering exceptional patient care and vaccine services.

You will counsel patients, fill prescriptions accurately, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain safety and stock levels while upholding Ralphs' standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required
• Effective oral/written communication skills required
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) required
• Ability to handle stressful situations required

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company standards
• Achieve knowledge of trade area, customers and competition
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies, procedures, records, security and schedules
• Maintain records and security for scheduled drugs
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from approved sources
• Utilize accuracy tools and post-dispensing audit reports
• Maintain proper signage and kept policies in place
