Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to handle stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards
• Develop knowledge of local trade area and competition
• Maintain inventory, records and security for scheduled drugs
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources
• Ensure accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits are used
• Maintain records and signages per legal and company requirements
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
