Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure or eligibility in the relevant states
• Pharmacist license and eligibility criteria as per state boards
• Willingness to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options
• Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing and regulatory compliance
