Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to join a team dedicated to patient-focused care across our U.S. stores. You will provide expert pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medications, and administer immunizations as part of comprehensive clinical services.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
