Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in a patient-focused role. You will provide compassionate pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medications, and deliver clinical services including immunizations and medication therapy management.

The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, active state licensure, and willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days. Retail pharmacy experience is preferred, with potential for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited school.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
