Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree (accredited).
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
- Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
- Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and MTM.
- Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
