You will contribute to patient-centered care and wellness initiatives while participating in ongoing training and community outreach efforts. A pharmacy degree and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or NABP FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
