Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) required.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing required.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

• Actively delivers patient care services
• Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks and pharmacy interns
