Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the team and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and patient care within a busy retail setting.

You will participate in immunizations and pharmacist clinical services while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with inventory and scheduling to sustain a high quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to perform math for dosage and inventory management.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team and overseeing operations.
• Provide immunizations and pharmacist clinical care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription dispensing and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and protective handling of cold chain products.
• Assist with scheduling and coaching of pharmacy staff.
