WVU Medicine Berkeley and Jefferson Medical Centers in Martinsburg is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to manage the compounding and dispensing of medications in a modern hospital environment. The role includes purchasing, inventory management, and conducting drug checks across various floors.
Applicants must possess valid pharmacist licenses from the relevant states and have a willingness to engage in consultation with healthcare professionals. The position requires good physical stamina along with a thorough understanding of patient care dynamics.
Working with Pharmacy personnel, compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceutical supplies by following standard procedures to deliver comprehensive professional pharmaceutical services in a modern hospital setting. Responsibilities include purchasing, continuing education programs, stocking supplies for night stock, and preparing departmental reports.
Must possess a current license as required by the state board where services will be provided.
