Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in Atlanta, GA. The pharmacist will provide drug information, ensure safe and effective therapy, and support nurses and physicians in optimizing patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Preferred candidates have hospital pharmacy experience and strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Advises on drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.
• Serves all patients including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

REQUIRED
