Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure required in Connecticut.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Immunization certification preferred or willingness to become certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Consult with patients and providers to optimize therapy.
• Facilitate MTM and counseling for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes).
• Ensure 340B contract pharmacy compliance and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including technician workflow and labeling.
