Job summary

Heritage Health seeks a Pharmacist to join our team in Coeur d'Alene and Rathdrum, Idaho. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, managing medications, and supporting clinical initiatives in clinic or community pharmacy settings.

You will provide expert medication guidance to patients and providers, maintain safety and compliance with all regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Registered pharmacist (RPh) with equivalent experience may be considered.
• License to practice pharmacy in Idaho.
• BLS certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients and internal staff.
• Patient counseling.
• Ensures all prescriptions are correctly dispensed according to policies.
• Clinical responsibilities including population health and medication management.
• Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Comply with federal, state and institutional regulations.
