Walmart is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive patient care, manage sales in the Pharmacy and OTC areas, and ensure compliance with legal policies. Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information and documentation for controlled medications.
Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, stock levels, budgeting, and sales forecasting. Develops and maintains cross-functional relationships and assesses economic trends and demographics.
Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on Member service approaches to ensure member needs and issues are resolved within company guidelines. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as good community members.
Ensures compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing safety reviews, and executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback, fostering a workplace of belonging.
Builds high-performing teams, embraces diversity, communicates positively, and attracts and retains talent. Acts with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart's culture and sustainability goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00, with potential performance bonuses and regional pay adjustments.
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Valid pharmacy license by the job entry date. Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, state pharmacy association).
