Qualifications

• Active Florida State Board of Pharmacy license required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare medications for final dispensing to the patient.
• Review orders and cycle-fill meds for accuracy.
• Verify dispensing based on allergies, interactions, and refills.
• Interpret prescriptions with professional judgment for safety.
• Adhere to Federal and State Board regulations.
• Transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies as needed.
• Answer questions from patients and healthcare providers.
• Oversee technicians and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
