Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist to verify and fill medication orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information while ensuring patient safety. The role involves supervising support staff and documenting interactions for medical review.

Candidates should be licensed as a pharmacist in the appropriate state, with PharmD preferred and inpatient clinical experience advantageous. ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of pharmacy is required.
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• One year's technical experience preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• ACLS/HACLS or HS-ACLS required.
• BLS/HBLS or HS-BLS required.
• PALS/HPALS or HS-PALS required.
