Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our Indianapolis area pharmacy team. You will help lead the pharmacy, supervise the staff, and ensure safe dispensing and accurate patient counseling while maintaining CVS policies.

You must hold an active Pharmacist license in the state, possess an active NPI, and not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and patient-first care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations to support patient safety.
• Dispense medications, counsel patients and immunize when appropriate.
• Oversee pharmacy team during shifts and coach performance.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS Health policies.
• Support access to care and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Maintain accuracy in prescriptions and inventory control.
