Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing (US).
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet patient expectations.
• Develop pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Interpret, compound, and dispense medications per professional standards.
