Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from US-accredited program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures per Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in line with legal and professional standards.
