Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC in Ohio seeks a licensed pharmacist for a full-time role to ensure safe, compassionate medication distribution across physical and mental health settings.

Active Ohio Pharmacist license required with at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume environment; ability to manage ~1,600 prescriptions daily and rotate opening, mid, late shifts including every 3rd weekend. Join a six-ph pharmacist team in West Chester.

We're partnering with a local client to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time position. In this role you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and compassionate distribution of medications to individuals managing a range of physical and mental health conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required.
• At least 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment. Must be comfortable managing approximately 1,600 prescriptions per day.
• Experience with rotating schedules, including opening, mid, late shifts, and every 3rd weekend preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to work within a pharmacy team; currently a six FTE pharmacist department.
