JobRx, Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a contract role focused on the safe distribution of medications to patients navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.

You will apply clinical expertise to ensure thoughtful distribution and patient care, with structured shifts and weekend requirements. The assignment demands Ohio license and inpatient hospital experience, plus familiarity with CPOE, codes, sterile and hazardous compounding.

Qualifications

• Must have State License to Apply.
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Ohio Pharmacist License required
• Inpatient hospital experience required
• Experience with Computerized Provider Entry Order (CPOE) verification required
• Experience attending codes required
• Experience with sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous compounding oversight required
• Pharmacotherapy knowledge required
• Experience with antibiotic and renal dosing required
• CPR certification required

• Monday-Friday 0700 - 1530
• Every 6th weekend required
• Orientation required prior to start
