What You’ll Do

• Review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians
• Provide pharmacokinetic consultations and dosage adjustments
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Operate within Cerner EMR and Omnicell dispensing systems

Schedule

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
• Includes rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain (Michigan's process is quick—no MPJE required!)
• Prior hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Solid clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Experience with Cerner and Omnicell is a plus
