Pharmacists will lead daily operations, contribute to policy development, and participate in interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and state pharmacy standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from US-accredited program or international equivalent.
• Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet patient and customer expectations.
• Contribute to development of pharmacy policies and procedures compliant with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, dispense, and compound medications per legal and professional standards.
