Adventist Health- Mendocino Coast in Fort Bragg, CA seeks a Pharmacist for a travel assignment in an inpatient setting. Day shifts with overnight on-call, 7 on/7 off, 0730-1800 for days and 1800-0730 for on-call. Start 09/17/2026, End 12/19/2026, for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and make recommendations based on clinical assessments.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication-related topics.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in pharmacy.
