Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD and Ohio pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical/operational hospital experience with clinical information systems use.

Responsibilities

• Provide informatics administration and facilitation to optimize clinical informatics tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and IT to improve patient safety and efficiency.
• Lead and participate in projects evaluating new and existing HIT products and workflows.
• Support change management and adoption of electronic solutions.
