RoyalCare Pharmacy in Santa Clarita/Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our independent retail pharmacy.

The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Immunization Certification required.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• PIC or pharmacy leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
• Oversee all daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacists, technicians, clerks, and delivery personnel.
• Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, HIPAA, and all applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate prescription processing and pharmacy records.
• Oversee inventory management, controlled substances, and medication storage.
• Build strong professional relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant pharmacy environment.
• Promote outstanding customer service and professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
