Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
• PharmD preferred; licensed to practice in TN.
• Three years pharmacy experience; one year managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all pharmacy activities including clinical services and dispensing.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain patient medication records and provide counseling to patients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, accreditation, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory control and drug procurement.
