Job summary

VytlOne is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge for the Callen Lorde Manhattan location. This full-time role offers a highly competitive hourly rate, comprehensive healthcare, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

You will supervise pharmacy staff, ensure compliance, provide patient counseling, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize medication therapy in a busy clinic setting. Vaccines are required and a strong commitment to community health is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D. from an approved school of pharmacy and registration by the state board of licensure.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in NY.
• One year of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Manage relationships with clinic staff and patients.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• Consult with physicians on prescription questions or irregularities.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare IV admixtures if applicable.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and contraindications.
• Maintain patients' medication records and inventory.
