Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead daily pharmacy operations in Little Rock, AR. You will ensure safe and effective medication services, oversee regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, an active pharmacy license, 2–3 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities, and a strong understanding of laws and guidelines. This role emphasizes patient counseling, teamwork, and a culture of ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing and PharmD degree from an accredited program.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and clinical guidelines.
